2026 Vendor Fees

All vendors at the Farmers' Market

at Sandpoint must pay their:

 

  • annual application fee ($20, payable online at the time of application)

  • annual membership fee* ($50, payable online or by check before attending first market); and

  • booth space fee (paid through a daily pass or season pass)

 

 

*new vendors may choose to pay half of

their membership fee on their first day

VENDOR BOOTH FEE PASSES

 

Vendors have until June 1st to commit to either a season pass or daily pass.

 

If you choose to pay for a season pass, you may set up a payment plan.

 

Payments are due on the 1st of every month.

BEGINNING IN 2026, DAILY PASS FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE ASSOCIATED MARKET DAY

Daily Pass fees paid for a day for which you provide less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will not be available for refund.
