The Farmers' Market at Sandpoint features fresh, locally grown produce, unique local arts & crafts, and delicious prepared foods offered at its lively, seasonal open-air market in downtown Sandpoint's beautiful Farmin Park.

Thanks to our diverse group of local vendors, the market provides ~24 weeks of lively farmers' markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays in season, rain or shine.

The Farmers' Market at Sandpoint prioritizes small family farms and local growers, bakers, makers, and artists. All of the vendors at our market come from within a 100-mile radius of our location.

Depending on when you visit, you'll find a wide variety of locally-grown, locally-sourced, handmade, and handcrafted delights including:

  • fresh fruits & vegetables

  • fresh baked breads

  • fresh baked sweets & cakes

  • farm-fresh eggs

  • plant & herb starts

  • fresh-cut flowers

  • foraged & farmed mushrooms

  • local honey & beeswax candles

  • jams, jellies & preserves

  • artisan cheeses & milk product
  • bath/body products

The Farmers' Market at Sandpoint season begins in late April/early May and runs Saturday mornings and Wednesday afternoons through mid-October.

In 2026, the first market of the season will be Saturday, May 2rd; the 2026 season will end with HarvestFest on October 17th. The application portal for new and returning market vendors closes on March 7th, 2026.

To empower education and connection, the Farmers' Market at Sandpoint requires farmers, creators, and business owners to be available in their market booth to represent their products and answer your questions.

IN OTHER WORDS, everything AVAILABLE at our market was brought to market by the individual who grew, crafted, and/or created it.

The Farmers' Market at Sandpoint operates as a non-profit governed by an elected Board of Directors with one employee—a seasonal Market Manager, Olivia Gonzales.

We are proud to be a grassroots organization led by a volunteer board that has withstood the test of time thanks to YOU - our visiting friends and North Idaho community!
