Prior to each Taste of the Market, Chef Alana plans a delicious recipe to uniquely feature seasonal offerings from different vendors at the market. On the day, she collects associated ingredients, as fresh as they can be, from Farmers' Market at Sandpoint vendors.

In her market booth, Chef Alana educates market visitors about key market ingredients and demonstrates the quick, easy steps required for preparation before sharing the recipe and its tasty results with market visitors.
